How does Bluebird know what's urgent?

Bluebird classifies an email as Time-Sensitive when it finds explicit time signals: a specific deadline, the words "urgent," "ASAP," or "needs attention," or language indicating money is moving. If none of those signals are present, the email falls to Needs Reply or To Do. Nothing gets labeled urgent that isn't. What happens to your data
